This is a prepaid service, you will pay in advance so you will never receive a bill. How will I get my PIN? NO If I lose my PIN #, can it be replaced? No, we do not replace PIN numbers. If you forgot your PIN number , email us and we'll retrieve the pin# and email it back to you within 1 hour. Can an order be changed after it has been placed? NO. Billing increment: The multiple in which minutes are billed for a call. For example, if the card has 3 minute billing increment then a 2 minute call will be billed as a 3 minute call. If a call is 4 minutes long it will be billed as a 6 minute call. Communications fee: A percentage based fee that is assessed upon the cost of that call for example (if the communication fee is 20% and the call is $1.00, then the final call cost will be $1.20 with the communication fee included. Can I use these phone cards anywhere in the United States? Yes. All of our cards can be used to make calls from anywhere within the United States.
