• How can I place my order for the phone card?
Follow simple ordering steps:
Click any 'Buy Now' or 'sign in' button, then you will be asked to login. Returning customers can log in and new customer can sign up or register by  clicking the sign up or register link (easy form to fill up). After logging in, select 'Buy Now' under the 'My Account' menu and selection of phone cards will be displayed. Select the desiredj phone card and click the 'add to cart' button. If you desire additional phone card, click 'continue shopping button'. Click 'Click here for secure payment form' box to check out. Security information dialogue box pops up, select 'yes' button and billing information  page will be displayed. Provide all the credit card information (Visa/MC, Amex and discover cards will be accepted.) and billing information. Click 'submit transaction' button and a receipt page will be displayed. Print and/or save this receipt for your record. Click 'Continue to View Pin Number' button and Thank you page will be displayed showing the pin numbers of the phone card you purchased and also the dialing instruction. Print this page for your reference. Also the pin number and receipt will be emailed to your email address.

• I lost my customer password. How can I retrieve it?

Check if you have mistyped one of the following:

  • credit card number - no spaces, no dashes
    credit card expiration date
    credit card billing address
    name on card - exactly as it appears on the card

    To prevent credit card fraud, we could not accept your credit card if the address you entered does not match exactly with the address returned by your credit card issuing bank. Check your credit card bill to find out. If you have recently moved, please try with the other address.

    First verify the billing on the card to see how many minutes were used. Note that all phone card fees and taxes reduces the minute of your phone card. Also the minutes announced are an estimate with applying fees and taxes that the card has.

    Connection Fee: This fee is billed for every call that is connected for a caller. If answering machines, privacy director features, fax machines, voice mail, or pagers picks up, the call is considered to be connected.
    Pay Phone Fee: An FCC mandated fee that is collected every time that a payphone is used, regardless of connection to the intended final destination. If the caller hears "thank-you for calling" they will be billed payphone fee.
    Per minute rate:
    This is the rate that is billed for each minute of the conversation that the caller engages in and is usually expressed in cents per minute.
    Maintenance Fees:
    A scheduled fee sometimes weekly or monthly, sometimes even daily. This fee is applied to any card which has been used at least once.
    Billing increment:
    The multiple in which minutes are billed for a call. For example, if the card has 3 minute billing increment then a 2 minute call will be billed as a 3 minute call. If a call is 4 minutes long it will be billed as a 6 minute call.
    Communications fee:
    A percentage based fee that is assessed upon the cost of that call for example (if the communication fee is 20% and the call is $1.00, then the final call cost will be $1.20 with the communication fee included.

    • Who uses prepaid phone cards?

    Vacationers,
    like those who visit the Colorado ski resorts and mountain getaways. During ski season, phone card use is at its peak as travelers cash in on big savings for calls to home and the office. 

    Seasonal or temporary residents also use phone cards. These may include, students, construction workers on an out-of-town project, resort employees, long-term vacationers, consultants, and many others.   Not long ago, firefighters who came to fight the Colorado range fires, used phone cards to talk to their families from surrounding states. Phone card purchases by those in the construction field roughly doubled during 1998 when a gas pipeline was being installed on the Western Slope for transporting fuel gas to California.  Travelers who stay in rented homes or timeshare condominiums often find that long distance service is blocked or expensive.

    Apartment renters and young families often use prepaid phone cards for all their long distance service.
